高纯氧化物系列(99．999%～99.9999%)：氧化镓、氧化铟、氧化铅、氧化锑、氧化铋、氧化碲等；
化合物半导体材料系列(99．999%～99.9999%): 碲化镉、磷化锌、砷化锌、硫化镉、硒化镉等；
根据客户需求可提供锭、块、棒、丝、片、粒、粉等规格产品，定制各种高纯合金材料。
